Founded in 2021, The Culture Dynamics Group is on a mission to coach, train, and consult with organizations, leaders, business coaches, and consultants who are ready to step up and leverage one of their most valuable assets: their Culture Dynamics.
We stand out by combining time-tested leadership approaches with our proprietary skill set: Systemic Intelligence.
We believe the organizations that will win in the 2020s and beyond will be those that have taken steps to be better than their competitors at handling the human side of business.

Craig’s extensive background and practice include social psychology, gestalt psychotherapy, holistic medicine, NLP Master’s certification, and international family and organizational systems certification.
With over two decades of experience in executive coaching, training, and facilitation, Craig’s inspiring vision is to bring the principles and practice of system dynamics to North American business leaders.
He works with leaders, coaches, consultants, teams, and C-Suite visionaries.

Gillian Windsor, CPCC, PCC
In the context of a system, leadership is mostly an inner game. When leaders know the dynamics they are in, they know what they have to do next.
Gillian is a recognized pioneer in the coaching industry. She has worked with thousands of professionals as a coaching supervisor, group facilitator, and private executive coach and consultant.
Gillian comes to The Culture Dynamics Group with not only experience and heart, but with a keen understanding of human system dynamics.
In addition to a variety of coaching credentials, she is internationally certified as a facilitator in Family and Organizational System Dynamics, Holistic Psychotherapy (UK), and Master Level NLP.
